Seriously, Shane is a master chemist of color. And he’s really, really devoted to his clientele. This isn’t just your standard visit to a bored stylist who’s far too cool for the likes of you. Shane invests a little of himself in every person who sees him and it shows.
I’ve followed him from salon to salon over the past three years, but now he’s got his own place — hurrah! (I’m not the only one who’s followed him. Shane’s clients love him.) The salon is new and a work in progress, but I know soon the décor will match the quality of service. Because he cares about the whole experience.
He can do traditional color and he can do the color of your wildest dreams. Don’t be fooled by the strip mall locale, hipsters. He’s made my hair ruby, midnight blue and violet in the past and it was hot.
He can cut curly — he does my friend’s hair — and fine, straight hair and men and, well, everything.
