Seriously, this place is a joke. I had a game fully paid for reserved for me. I went up there for the midnight release of the game. I get there at 12:20am. They had the door locked and would not let me in. They said (through the glass door) that they already counted their drawer but would not let me explain that I had already paid for the game in full. If you are going to have a midnight release of a game why would you close the store at 12:20am?!? I wasted my time and gas the least you could do is open the door!!! Ridiculous!
