Try this shop out! It’s crazy packed full which is a pro and a con. We found an awesome buffet, lamp and set of 8 dining chairs. Christopher gives VERY fair prices for REAL antiques. Yes, real antiques. Not old flea market junk or beat up stuff that looks old. Actual old stuff, in good condition. He actually restores stuff when he gets it too, so most everything is in great condition. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because his shop is so full you can’t see or get to everything and I just know there is a treasure somewhere buried and it’s calling my name!

I adore this store. It is topsy-​turvy, chock full of frippery dreams! It is your grandmother’s disorganized and delightful jewel box. One of the reasons I love it is that it resembles life itself — surprises lurking everywhere you turn. There are true treasures here — not the least of which are Christoper and Quinton. I DO think it is affordable — and I am a working woman on a budget. But because I value myself and my surroundings, I hold out a little bit weekly for an occasional splurge on myself. And this is the place I will return to time and again. Cash is always king — bring it with you to enjoy maximum value:)

Gorgeous! Gorgeous describes the things that you find inside of this antique store. It’s one of the best antique stores I’ve ever been to. I have to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of «antiquing» and digging through piles of things to find that one tremendous thing, but, this store is different. I don’t have to dig to find that one thing because most things in this store are amazing things and it’s not too big of a store to get bored in.
The «things» in this store include perfectly aged architecture pieces, statuary, garden pieces, religious icons, oil paintings, prints, this and thats, etc…
I know that aesthetics are very subjective, I just know for me, Christopher Filley hits home perfectly.
It’s not an organized, clean easy walk through kind of store. But as I said earlier, it’s small enough that you don’t get overwhelmed and confused. The service is there if you need it, but they are happy to leave you alone in your shopping experience.
I said that this store fits my aesthetic, I didn’t say that I fits my wallet. It’s not cheap here, but if you are looking for a very specific piece and want to invest in something that will bring you joy for years to come, this is a perfect place to stop in and take a look.
