Chips & Dips Mediterranean Cafe

Wanted something different when I came here a month ago. I got exactly that. This beautiful café had plenty to offer and some. I crave Mediterranean food all the time now because of this joint. Seriously if you wants the good stuff you come here! Be open minded and free and get yourself something new. That’s the best way to enjoy this café. Do it!

Came by on a warm friday afternoon craving a good gyro! This place was amazing, clean, a delicious! I very much recommend it! Couldnt have asked for a better gyro lunch!!!

The Mediterranean food prepared by Chef Kamal (former owner of Yummy) is absolutely wonderful! Fresh and flavorful and highly nutritious!!!

I was so excited to try this place because I LOVE Mr. Yummy’s products. And I was incredibly disappointed. The food was good, but I found three beard hairs in my gyro from the guy who cooked it. That’s enough for me.
It was on Friday June 12^th I believe, around 6pm. It was a taller, young man with brown/​blackish curly hair and beard.

This place is impeccably clean on top of being delicious. so glad they’re in this neighborhood! Highly recommend the vegetarian plate and 10 chilies and garlic dip.

Hello from Florida. Stopped here on the way back from Silver Dollar City. You have to know where this place is to find it (use your phone GPS), and you’ll park on the side of the street. I ordered a Falafel pita and fries to go because I wanted to beat rush hour traffic and get back to my hotel room. The falafel pita tasted great and they even gave me a side of spicy green sauce (Schug) to go with it.

I popped in for a late lunch and found the atmosphere to be clean, comfortable, and friendly. I ordered the falafel sandwich and lentil soup.
The sandwich was good, but could have been a little warmer. I’m a nut for foods being in the right temperature zones. I especially liked the pickles on the sandwich, a first for this experienced falafel eater.
The lentil soup was tasty with a hint of lemon, but again, probably should have been warmer than what was served.
All in all, I would come back to try the gyros.

I decided to try this restaraunt one day and have been coming back regularly ever since. The quality of the food at Chips & Dips is truely amazing, while the portions are very generous, and the pricing is reasonable. I would highly recommend a beef and lamb gyro or one of the many types of dips that you can take home. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I’m going to write this down as incredibly solid. I’ve been scouting some places near work for a Gyro and I can say that Chips and Dips fills the need. Street parking was relatively easy. The inside is new construction and very clean. The people are very nice.
The food was good but I would say it is as expected. If you enjoy Gyro’s or haven’t had one, then you will love eating here. The fries are lightly seasoned, that Tzatziki is great. The salad was a little meh but nothing that couldn’t be fixed by a bit of sauce.
Next time I’m craving a Gyro or hummus I’ll stop in for lunch, but I probably wont be telling friends to go TOO far out of their way to eat here. If you’re close, and hungry, hit it up!
Oh and the price is right, expect about 10 bucks for a plate. I got a Gyro plate with a drink and it was more than enough food.

Baba ganoush was awesome! Best I’ve had. Hummus was ok — a little bland. Great tabouli and falafel. Everyone else there was a med/​nurse/​pharm student. I am not sure who makes their dips in the front case but I want to try the jalepeno one.

The food was outstanding. The atmosphere was comfortable and well decorated. The service was warm and friendly. The owner was extremely welcoming and you can tell he takes pride in his food and making guests happy.
Honestly, they had the best fries I have had in a long, long time. Which I wasn’t expecting. They are very crispy and well seasoned on the outside, but pillowy soft on the inside. The gyro was delicious and had a generous amount of meat. The Greek platter with the side salad, spanakopita and baklava was a steal for how much food was provided.
I will easily come back. I am hoping the garage door in the dining area will be open when weather permits as that would only make dining there that much better.

Love this place! So happy it opened up in our neighborhood. I have gone once a month since it opened and have been exploring the whole menu. Chef Kamal and staff are da best.

I have enjoyed Yummy’s Choice brand products for a long time, and I was very happy to see that the proprietor opened a restaurant. I went to Chips & Dips with my family on a Saturday for lunch, and we were not disappointed. The owner was very helpful in making recommendations from the menu, and the food was great. We will certainly be returning.

I have traveled all over the country and in the Middle East and the food and service at Chips & Dips was impeccable. Very clean place and witness the servers wash their hands constantly. I was visiting for 10 days and ate there 4 different times. Tried the grilled chicken shawarma, lamb gyro, Super greek salad, and the 8 pc falafel as a side order. I also took some Chips and Hummus to go. Prices were very reasonable, and the waiter was so attentive. The lemonade is made fresh. and absolutely refreshing. It is an absolutely a must try. Can’t wait to visit and go back.

Great addition. We’ve done takeout and dine in. We like the nice new space and the food has been, well, Yummy. Great vegetarian plate. Kiddo meals are right size and right price. Both times we’ve been there we were the only customers. Maybe because it was the weekend. Go here!

Very Friendly owner, was able to sample some of the various chips and dips they had offered and they were all very good. They had some great olives as well. I only ordered that gyro which I enjoyed very much, when I come back i plan on ordering some of the different dips and pita chips.
