Celsius Tannery

I have now had two experiences here, where I have purchased tanning sessions that have magically disappeared from their system.
This last time today, I was told because I had cancelled my auto debit– that the tans I had purchased separately from my monthly allowance had been deleted. In what world does this make sense?
I own a business and am sorry to say this place is dishonest, and you would be wise to take your business anywhere but here. Extremely poor customer service.

I was a loyal customer of Celsius Tannery Tremont for years. It was clean, upscale, nice, it was a «salon» experience.
Then she sold… customer service declined, they got stupid with their rates, I left. I then became a Fan of Solarium two seconds down the street. I tanned with Solarium for 3+ years.
End of 2010, Solarium at Tuileries sold our accounts to Celsius Tremont and they moved to the Tuileries location. I went in to tan and use the tans I had paid for, some were missing. I reluctantly purchased a few more. I had not been back in a while (because, like I said, I don’t care much for Celsius anymore)
I went in yesterday to use my tans… well as one would guess, they only had record of one that I had used. So I asked about current rates/​packages. I was offered the new «Tanning Club» open access to all beds for $ 69.00 per month. Well, excellent I guess if you love the HP or other overpriced tanning beds.
I asked about a single month unlimited, $ 69.00 for the 52… ok, so its basically the same, I inquire more about the membership, (because I cannot tan during the summer) $ 10 per month for my «hold» months. nice.
Never was I offered a month unlimited on the 32 or any single tans, etc. The rates are NOT posted anywhere. I was never given the chance to compare rates, packages or what would work best for me. I had considered just tanning a single session for the day… but was never offered.
I thanked the girl, she was nice, told her I would have to think about it… left, drove down the street and found a GREAT place to tan, comparable, Clean, Upscale, Friendly BETTER RATES SAME SERVICES!
