after 3 other florists told me i’d missed the cutoff to get a valentine’s bouquet delivered same-​day, i tried calling eclectic stem. to my delight, the owner herself picked up on the first ring and was more than happy to take my order and guarantee it could be delivered same-​day.
just an hour or two later, i received word from the recipient that the bouquet had arrived as the beautiful and pleasing surprise i’d intended it to be. thank you paige!

My husband ordered flowers for me from here for my birthday. They never showed up on the day they were to be delivered, Friday. She told him (by text message!!) that she would then deliver them to our house on Saturday. Never showed up on Saturday! On Tuesday (!!) the flowers finally arrived at my work, with no explanation or apology.
Horrible way of doing business.

Tried to use An Eclectic Stem for our wedding. Owner is completely unresponsive, disorganized and does not listen to the client. She cancelled one meeting and was 30 minutes late to the next one, and failed to respond to multiple requests (over a 5-​month period!) for a copy of the agreement. She had been told twice, once in writing, that there were to be no roses at the wedding — so what did she present to us for the bridal bouquet? Roses! Now not responding to repeated requests for the refund of our deposit. We were fortunate to be able to get another florist — Fiddly Fig — and can finally relax, knowing that they will do a great job. Beware!
