After calling the company the dispatcher gave the tow driver the wrong location. The tow truck passed me up and did not come back. I called again and the dispatcher told me that they could not tow me without police assistant. The worst thing about this company is that I had to keep calling them to see what was going on, they would not call me to let me know what was going on. Do not use them!
