Splendid Nails

This is a combination score. My daughter and I went to get mani/​pedis in preparation for my wedding next week. This was her first ever pedicure. No one introduced themselves so I can’t give you names. The lady who did my daughter’s nails was very nice and put her at ease, a hard task since she hates having anyone touch her feet. Her nails also turned out very nice. 4.5 stars review if just my daughter went today. The lady who did my nails took twice as long so my daughter had to wait almost an hour for me to be done. My nails look okay but I wouldn’t return because they’re just barely okay, and besides taking forever she was not personal plus she kept getting up and just disappearing. 2 stars for my mani/​pedi.

There are some good technicians here and I would go to them. That being said, I’ve been here enough times and seen the way the mgmt runs things… a little shady. Last time I was there someone called with a complaint and the owner/​wife said that the mgmt was not in, yet she was sitting right in front of me! The gel polish seems to be watered down as almost every time I have gone, it has lifted within the first couple of days.
Save your money, too many other better salons to go to nearby to waste your time/​money here.

Today was my first and my LAST time coming here. I wasn’t really looking for a new spot but they are close to my house. (refer to pics) My nails turned out so MESSY and SORE. Even the skin above my cuticle was a mess. Adding insult to injury, I wasn’t told until it was time to pay that I was being charged for «cut down» and he (John) only shaved off 1 centimeter… literally…WHILE filing… nothing extra just filing! This was a terrible experience… enter at your own risk! ZERO STARS but had to pick one.

Hope did a great job. Nice, fast, and reasonable service. I really enjoyed this place and will be bk…

First off, I have come here many times and the pedicures are great and I would recommend getting your toes done at Splendid Nails.
However, DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed here.
I clearly told the woman that I was very happy with my current shape, that I like them thick and that I just wanted them cleaned up. After the first wax strip, I said again — remember, not too thin! When I was finally handed the mirror, she had both significantly thinned my brows and changed the shape. They are also not even. On top of all this, I had a reaction to the products and have a broken out over my brows. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed in many, many places over the years and I have never been this dissatisfied. I was clear with what I wanted and was not listened to.

Every time I come here i feel like they trick me. My first question always «how long is the wait» they say no wait. But for pedicure they get the water ready and you sit and wait in the chair for an hour. Everytime I come here I wait atleast an hour before someone gets started. I understand they are busy but just tell me the truth and I will come back!

I had an amazing experience. I relocated to concord and have been searching for a place to get a great pedicure. I came in and was greeted right away and serviced immediately. Rose gave me the most amazing french manicure and pedicure. They also give you wine and refreshments while getting services done. My new GO TO nail salon.

I love this salon for the pedicures however, if you get acrylic nails, this is not the best place to go. They do not stay on and the shapeing is a little funky.
They are all great people and very friendly. I would defiantly recommend for a pedicure.

Great salon… friendly people. Gel paint lasts at least 2−3weeks.
