This is a closeout store. Do not forget this fact.
Don’t ever ask any of the associates for any stock, because they will — undoubtedly — say «all the stock is already on the floor.»
This is a no frills shopping experience, and the drab grey interior with harsh fluorescent lighting and a serious fight to get one of the dilapidated dressing rooms on a busy day will reinforce this. The name is well suited. This place is like a rudimentary warehouse!
Customers aren’t afforded the smallest courtesies at this store.
They don’t have a restroom.
They don’t provide price adjustments for damaged items. They will say «Our prices are already low, so you can take it or leave it.» They believe they are offering rock bottom prices (which in all fairness they are) so screw any niceties you may have thought you deserved as a customer.
They do have a rewards program, but it doesn’t pay off unless you are going to make purchases in close proximity to one another.
The prices are why I am giving them three stars. If I always shopped here I would forget what being a valued customer really felt like.
