Reed’s Rent All & Sales Inc

Rented a machine today, had it less than 3 hours picked up at 10:01 and 10:01 is just when i payed i wasnt out of there for about 15 more minutes and back at 12:56 i go back to get another machine at 1 mind u they close at 5 figured at that point if i do 4 hours id just have to have it back by morning and was told that the only way that happens is if i rent after 3, so they will charge u 4 hours at 2:30 in the afternoon and tell u its gotta be back in 2.5 hours or they charge u a whole day? Thats bad buisiness, whatever let it sit in the lot and cost u money instead of make u money! especially since the 2 machines i was renting are the same price and i didnt even have the first one for 3 hours. And it wasnt even like a sorry, it was just an ignorant response from the owner! With a bad attitude. If u can go somewere else do it! Ive rented from here 3 times in the last year, and planned on plenty more, ill drive a little farther and get better service and attitude next time!
You could of made $ 230 today instead you wont get any more than the $ 115 i gave u allready!

Excellent service and they always have what I need and can’t afford to own.
