This facility is truly a hidden treasure! During each visit, I’m impressed by the services that are offered (chiropractic, acupressure and massage) as well as the breadth of classes (yoga, taichi, etc.) Lately I’ve been visiting Dr. Guthrie for spinal adjustments and it has helped to make my life much better. At the beginning of 2015, I fell down my front door steps. I was stiff and sore and after verifying with my internist there were no cracks or fractures, figured in a few weeks, the pain would go away. After 2 months, I had problems lifting my right leg and decided to see Dr. Guthrie. A few years ago he helped me with lower back pain and i wasn’t sure if he could help. After a short wait, he put me on a heated adjustment table that helped to relax my back muscles. This lasted for about 10 minutes then I was moved to another stretching table where I got my back restretched while he used a massage to loosen my lower back muscles. After 10 minutes, he proceeded to realign my back. I never realized having one’s bones pop could feel so good! Immediately I was able to lift my right leg higher than before visiting. Successive visits, Dr. Guthrie was able to restore more movement to my right hip. He is very patient and is always willing to explain what he’s doing or answer any questions I may have on chiropractics. During my sessions, I always feel like he’s giving me his undivided attention and never rushes me out of his office. I highly recommend seeing him if you’re in pain or just to get a routine adjustment. Dr. Guthrie and his staff are the best!

My husband tweaked his back while on vacation and we wanted to help him feel better before we got on a 6 hour flight. We are so thankful for Dr Guthrie. He helped align my husband’s back and helped his pain. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Shayne was SUPERB! On a whim, I contacted him when we arrived at our vacation home in Kailua to ask if Windward Wellness could teach yoga or zumba to our family of 15 (age ranges 5 – 75). A super nice person who is a skilled yoga instructor as well as a chiropractor and massage therapist (equally talented with novice and expert yoga participants), Dr. Shayne went out of his way to make sure that we could have several exercise sessions at our vacation home. He was amazing… A lovely person who genuinely wants to promote the health of his patients. Wish we could take him home with us to MN so that we could continue our journey to wellness with him as our guide.

Tucked away in the Koolau Shopping Center by Times Market in Kaneohe, it’s nice to have a convenient wellness center in our neck of the woods.
Not only do they offer massage and Chiropractic packages, I like the fact that they offer classes like Hot Hula, Zumba, stretch, Tai Chi and different levels of Yoga every day of the week.
They even had JuJitsu and kickboxing at one time. Classes cost from $ 10 – 15.
They also have Aquatic massage which I’m curious to try.
Clean, convenient and lots of free parking, its worth checking out.

My family (husband, son and myself) are all fitness competitors, as well as, Certified Personal Trainers. We see Dr Guthrie regularly to keep us injury free. As hard as we train our body takes a beating and it is easy to get misaligned so it is vital to our health to see Dr Guthrie regularly to keep us injury free and for overall health maintenance. We recommend him to all our clients, athletes, friends and anyone who has a back injury.
