Supercuts

I have gone to this particular Supercuts many times. I love it here. I’ve never had a bad haircut here. I’ve had a few different stylists and all have done a great job. My favorite stylist, though, is Nina. I have super short hair and I love keeping it short. Nina has always done exactly what I’ve asked or shown… I’ve shown her pictures several times and she does it exactly how I want! Nina has rocked it out every single time!

Wow, reviews are not so good however i had a wonderful experience. So this is for the person who has jacked up hair lol I went in with many different colors in my hair because of home dyeing. Many times I’ll walk into a salon and they will make up a bunch of excuses of why they can’t take me for a coloring.
I asked to fix the 1″ gap of redish brown dye (I have dark brown hair), I had, from the roots of my hair growing outward, also, I wanted extremely subtle highlights that is a shade lighter than the base color and a hair cut.
Anyone who knows anything about hair would know, after looking at mine, that this request was close to impossible; its because I already had light tone streaks in my hair prior.
I am sooooo soo happy! She fixed it! I do have «Some’ lighter streaks still but she did offer to tone it down and i said no. I’m just very finky is all.

Eye brows, I rushed her so I can’t write about that either… however they are nice

Price is average– I’ve gone to different shops Fantastic Sam’s, Master Cuts & Regis etc.
I would recommend the young lady I had, Sam and her friend Nina –I was watching her also lol
Also I hear, through these two, they have a great night shift.
Ps their open early in the morning compared to other places i couldn’t beleive it.

I went here and saw Krimson for a trim, some layers, and side bangs. She was super friendly and got me in the chair right when I walked in. I hadn’t gotten a haircut in over 6 months and my ends were totally dead! I have been trying to grow my hair out and she totally understood everything I was saying which is great. I showed her a picture of my old side bangs I loved and she did them exactly as I asked. She suggested some product for heat protection which was 20% off so that was great! Overall I’m happy with my trim, there were only a couple spots that were a little uneven but hey for a $ 25 haircut I can’t complain ! Krim was awesome and asked me a lot of questions while doing my haircut which was great because then I actually got what I wanted! Thank you Krim at supercuts!

I wasn’t sure what to expect as the price is so reasonable, but was I pleasantly surprised. I got a great haircut from Krimson who is very personable and made quick but accurate work of my mane of hair. I definitely will be returning. This was a much better haircut and experience than area salons that cost three times as much.

Update: just went in to get a cut last week and I picked up some products that were recommended … Buy one get one half off is always a plus !!! THANK YOU KANEOHE BAY ! I’m happy I’ve found a place that I can trust my hair in anyone’s hands. Keep up the hard work ladies !

I can’t believe how bad they are. They greeted me nicely, no problem there. I brought pictures of exactly
What I wanted. I have a regular hair person that is awesome but she is on vacation and I couldn’t wait until after the holidays. The picture I brought showed a medium short cut, with the hair pushed behind the ears and usually how I wear it. She cut it so short is above my ears. There’s a huge hole where she made a mistake in the back of my head and another big puka on one side of my head. I suspect that she was cutting my hair so fast that many mistakes were made and she just kept cutting it shorter and shorter. I re-​showed her the photo and she said «oh I didn’t see it was pushed behind her ear». She did see it, she was trying to cover up her mistakes. I hate it. It’s shorter than all of the men’s hair in my family. Right before the holidays. To make matters worse I wanted to have a little gray hair touched up but she missed the gray and did low and high lights which looks like poka dots. The color is horrid. I think she probably couldn’t do the gray because she cut my hair so freaking short. It was all I could do not to burst into tears leaving.

Scissors drop an U reuse it — some ask a question U use ur comb to point an answer the question –no smiles no customer interaction — didn’t ask if wanted shampoo or to style hair. I ask some question on high lights an style an got a half hearted answer. Hair cut was uneven an a little sloppy. But my son seems to like this place. Waste of my money though.

First time here… last time here.
I stopped in to get a quick lip wax done. Walking in the door, there was no customer service or greeting. There was no one there yet the older one pretended she was busy doing something and told the younger one to take me.
The girl who did it seemed completely inexperienced and didn’t seem like she was even licensed to do the job. What typically takes an experienced aesthetician 5 mins, she did in 15 and she wasn’t very confident as she was putting the wax on and stripping it off. When she was done, I had to ask her to see it in the mirror. She had missed two areas and blamed it on the lighting. She did re-​do those two areas. I took a look and there were a couple of spots that bled and not all the hair was removed. I just told her it was fine and got off the chair.
Not a good experience.

I thought I’d try this new location, I have been going to Supercuts for years. Michelle cut my hair, she did an awesome job! Great service, and the staff was friendly. I will be back!

I have never had a worse haircut in my life. There were random long strands of hair. When pulling all my hair forward evenly on both sides, it looked very uneven and choppy. I asked for a «v» shaped cut and to make it easier on them they brushed all my hair back and just cut out a «v» shape. I say «them» because the girl cutting my hair didn’t know how to do it so she had to call someone over. Apparently the person she called over didn’t know the proper way to do it either. That was basically all they did. Never again will I go to this place.
