I went in and made an appointment here. Nonetheless. The staff was very rude and actually lied about the phone conversation I had when booking with them. I drove over an hour to get a cut and ended up having to go to the Kailua Supercuts because ‘they weren’t available’ Also they took my initial review off Unilocal as well!

If you get Peter, please leave. He’s horrible and can’t follow simple instructions. I made an appointment for a wash, corrective cut, and style. I left with all my hair cut off, no wash and style and I payed $ 20 for it. Worst hair experience

Came again for a hair cut from Darcy.
She cut my fiancé’s hair, and gave him exactly what he wanted!
Still happy with the services they offer here :)
She also recently cut about 8 inches of my hair. It was a drastic change for me, but she made it painless (as it should be… physically and emotionally, LOL)

Love this place. Since my hair is pretty simple to cut, would rather pay $ 20 at Supercuts than $ 60 at a fancy salon. I found a stylist there that i like (Darlene) and the conversation is always interesting.

I love this new place. Staff is friendly, salon is spotless and brand new, and the best part is the stylists. I’ve gone without an appointment each time and gotten different stylists. I was pleased with each one (and I’m a woman with long hair, not just an easy buzz cut). I will continue to go here. Beats the other higher-​priced salons in the Kaneohe Mall in my opinion.

With my crazy schedule it is impossible to book a hair color and cut so I usually go to Supercuts Kailua. But with the increasing traffic in Kailua I decided to try the Kaneohe location. It is always a gamble to try a new location and stylist, I am never quit sure what I will walk out with. But today I gambled and won big time! Brittany did my color, highlight, and cut. She did a fabulous job, was kind, curtious, and gave a great message. I love my hair! Thank you so much Brittany, you are wonderful. Thank you!

Mai-​Han is my go to girl when it comes to an awesome haircut and wax! She takes her time and wants you to truly look your best! She’s fixed my over-​shaped eyebrows from another salon and given me a few different hairstyles to work with! I will only go to her!

So my son’s hair grows with Speedy Gonzales urgency. Have brought my son here two times now. Each time I have dealt with a different stylist. Both were quick & got the job done. Happy with the cuts!
But I did encounter one young lady working there that lacked that warm welcoming approach to greeting customers walking in the door. Immediately, she gives me a face as if trying to say «yes? What do you need?» without actually welcoming me. I was carrying my son & simply stated he needed a haircut. She then said «well, that’s going to be like a 30, maybe 45 minute wait». I looked around & saw one other person waiting & most of the stylist seemed like they were nearing the end of their cuts (mostly mens haircuts going on!). So I was like «really? 45 mins?». Then she said «yea. Maybe you want to come back». I felt as if her goal was to run me out of there by convincing me it’s going to be an extremely long wait. I said no & sat down to wait. Well, literally (and say the word «literally «like Chris Traeger does on Parks & Rec) a stylist approached me 5 minutes after sitting down. And not only was that stylist ready to take customers, but so were 2 others. She grossly misquoted my wait time & it was extremely annoying to deal with that kind of attitude. She has long dyed red hair (naturally dark brown or black hair)
Anyway, easy place to get a haircut. Nothing special about this place, but they get the job done.

An asymmetrical bob. And I’ve got a bunch of blonde highlights, so I look blonde (my goal). I still need to go back a couple more times to get it to the color I want, so all my hair doesn’t fall out or break off.
Anyway, I’ve been to Kristen twice now and she was awesome both times. Love my hair!!! Seriously. She really took her time to carefully highlight my hair in just the right way. Also making sure not to get bleach all over me. She toned it to the perfect color!

Kristen finally got my stubborn Asian hair to the perfect platinum shade. It is absolutely perfect.
And, now, it’s purple /​lavender. :)
I absolutely love and appreciate Kristen’s commitment to her work and my hair! I have seriously gotten a ton of compliments and I am suuuuper pleased with the look. Excited for the next phase of my hair. ;)

Almost always come here for the monthly buzz. The cutters are well versed on the latest basic styles and cuts. Maybe got 1 out of a 100 really bad hair cuts, but they can always fix it for free and hair does grow back. For the quik fix there’s the golf cap solution my cure for bad hair
days.
If you call in ahead the wait is usually shorter. You can even request for your favorite cutter (might cost a little more but you’ll get consistency).
For the price and interesting chats you get with the cutters it’s hard to imagine anywhere else for my hair necessities.

If i could give it negative 100 stars I would.
So heres the story.
I haven’t gotten a hair cut in over 2 years so I went to supercuts since its near my house. That was the biggest mistake of my life.
I dont remember her named but she was tall hawaiian kinda young looking.
I had told her I wanted long layers and side swept bangs. She didnt the job but did the job so horrible that the layers looked so choppy… extremely choppy and when i pointed that out to her she didnt understand what i was telling her so i gave up paid and left very upset.
Because the hair cut was so horrible I had gone to another hair salon couple days later and ended up getting my hair butchered by some guy. Its been over a year now and my hair has never been the same…
I will NEVER EVER go to supers cuts in windward city shopping center. My horrible hair story started there. and its never ending now…

Been going to salon for years, stylist are friendly, fashionable. prices have increased, but so did everything else. If you got a bad haircut here you probably didn’t explain yourself, these stylist are trained, and very comparable to any other stylist in industry, people think because it’s Supercuts your only gonna pay 10 $. Hello what world are u in? This is a corporate owned company and by far the leaders in the industry, local salons cannot compete, I’ve learned a lot by talking to different stylist, they have a lot of knowledge of industry as well as company. Supercuts are all over island and all over country, who else can say that? Haters…

Worst haircut of my adult life.
I should learn by now to avoid this chain.

pretty big fan… im a guy so i dont need a super barber to get the job done… i go to Nancy or Pomai here… they’re both really good, really quick, and haven’t messed up yet… and they’re both very nice… reasonable prices as a place like supercuts should be… not much else to say… its good

If you need a Mohawk, go to this supercuts! They do it right! AWESOME!

Supercuts Kaneohe at the Windward City Shoping Center.
I have been going to this place for the last 3 years, and I enjoy both the service and haircut I get. I know it can be a bit pricey… but I think its worth it. They also re did the place back in late 2010 so it has a modern feel to it, but adds a familys touch with the great service.
I always go to Long for my cut. She always greets me by name, and remembers how I want my haircut. She enjoys her job very much and I it shows when she cuts, and because of her this place get 4 stars… it would be 5, but, like I said, it is pricey at 18 dollars without tax.
