At first, I planned on having lunch at Ninja Sushi, but I saw Seafood Express next to Ninja. I decided to try them out because I LOVESEAFOOD. I couldn’t decide what to order, the Mixed Plate #6 sounded good, so I ordered that. It came with 3 pieces of garlic shrimp, 2 pieces of bbq chicken, 4 spring rolls, 2 scoops rice, and mac salad. I was disappointed with the amount of shrimp I got, but I figured the 4 spring rolls made up for it. I LOVESPRINGROLLS, too! I gave it 3 stars because the bbq chicken is what you would typically get at a BBQ takeout. The garlic shrimp was ok, but the spring rolls were a major disappointment. It had no flavor! I thought about giving it 2 stars, but its my first time here, maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I hope there other dishes are much better than the mixed plate.

I love meh bubble drinks. Rather than a liquidy milk tea bubble drink, it was a slushy one. It tastes goooood. I actually wanted to try the green tea flavor, but didn’t notice it on the menu until after ordering milk tea. Next time I’ll be back for that. It was also a 10% off discount special for today. $ 3.15 original price, and came to around $ 2.96. It was worth while. Made me happy.

I bought their seafood combo plate. Finally, a place that knows how to cook shrimp and fish properly without overcooking them. However, the deep fried fish and scallops were under seasoned and there was no wedge of lemon or acidity to accompany the deep fried seafood. The honey mustard salad dressing was included – I’m not sure why because the only produce included in the plate was a bed of shredded cabbage.

on the real, i only come here to get boba drinks. the food is of decent quality, but i can’t help but feel shafted. for examply: 4 shrimp won tons for $ 3.50 and when you get them they’re freshly fried. however, only 15% of the wonton is shrimp. literally the size of a nickel. the kind of shrimp used in fried rice. the rest is basically fried won ton strip. not worth it. bubble drinks are what you’d expect from a bubble drink place. and they have lots of flavors. but that’s really the only reason that it’s not getting a 1 star rating. that and the service is quick and somewhat friendly. but as a whole, i wouldn’t crave it or buy food from here for that price, you’re better off getting more for your buck at a fast food $ 1 menu and getting more food that tastes better.
