I still love DQ and Orange Julius. Two of my favorite fast foods. Why Why Why? Won’t they give their customers a paper napkin??? No Napkin Policy: As silly as this sounds the owner or manager of this DQ Orange Julius won’t permit paper napkins to be given to customers. For God’s sake man… give the lady some napkins! So this young mom comes with 18 month old in stroller. Holding the 3 year old by the hand and buying ice cream for the family. She receives the ice cream after paying. No napkins! Being a parent myself I intuitively know this lady deserves a whole stack of napkins. I know the mess that is in the works here. After making my purchase, and receiving no paper napkin either, I stood and watched the next 4 customers come and go. Yup, no napkins! There is no napkin dispenser on the counter. They will find you one thin napkin if you ask and they are not happy for all the trouble you put them through. This has been going on for at least a couple of months. See my previous review. Well I won’t go back until they change this absurd inconsiderate practice. No telling what other short cuts they are taking. One star for small minded short sighted managers.
