Subway

Once in awhile I have a good (not great) experience at this Subway, but most of the time the customer service is terrible. Whoever was the manager on 4÷7÷15 at 1:45 pm needs to be demoted. There’s was only 1 person making sandwiches with 2 other people waiting in line in front of me, while the «manager» was just standing at the register telling the other person everything she was doing wrong. Here’s a tip: help the girl out and then correct her. Don’t do it in front of customers, because it makes you look even worse. Eventually the «manager» did help the girl… when someone she knew walked in. So by the time I was ready to take my sandwiches and pay, the «manager» that was just standing at the register was making the sandwich of the man she was chatting up. The only reason we go to this store is because it’s close by.
