Mark and the crew are incredibly helpful and willing to take the time to go the extra mile with their customers. We have always been pleased by the personal, attentive staff. They were our go-​to place for Verizon and Red Dot cellular service. We heartily recommend them to all our friends and family.

I took my laptop in because it had a corner of the case that popped up and could not be closed properly. Also the fan was making noises. The mean quoted me around $ 80.00 to have the case fixed and the fan changed. I had not heard back them in a day and a half so I called. They told me total repairs would be $ 350.00. The wanted to order a new case and change the fan. They had not called me. So I questioned the man on the phone and said the repairs had not been started. It costs me $ 37.00 to pick it up. The case is worse than it was when dropped it off. What was a small area that had buckled up was much larger. What angered me more was I felt like they were trying to sucker me in on the charges.
