Regency Square Apartments

I moved here a few months ago because of a temporary job I was hired for with short notice. I needed to find a place quickly and the reviews for here were good, so I went for it.
The staff (Dave and Maria) has been incredibly professional from the get-​go. I had to move quickly between cities and Maria, in particular, was extremely accommodating and willing to work with me long-​distance.
Even though the buildings are older, the apartment was very clean when I moved in and in good condition. Maintenance is very fast as well. The location is great and it is not far from the downtown area, other grocery stores, or the mall. The neighbors that I have met are very friendly and the apartments are nestled near residential neighborhoods. There is also a 24-​hour Walgreens right across the street, which adds to the convenience factor.
I would definitely recommend it here to anyone.

Since the publication of my review, the management has begun making some promising changes; the offensive properties manager has been terminated, and progress has been made on the owners’ part to mend some fences and follow up on the needs of their tenants. I certainly feel more secure and listened to. Although we still do not plan to renew our lease, I feel that the wheels are in motion toward some positive changes here. If the sympathetic, helpful demeanor of the owner we spoke to is any indication, it’s clear that the bar has been raised. I’m sure that before long, I’ll have more positive news on their progress.
