The staff is always friendly here, and of course the food is excellent! I appreciate their efforts to remove«fake food» from the menu, leaving a more wholesome experience. Wait times can be long, but it’s worth it!

Good bagels, coffee, and sandwiches. Service is quick and on point. Plenty of seating in a quiet, clean environment. Not a kids place. Moderately priced.

Normally I love Panera food but today — today was a totally different story. I ordered the chicken tortellini Alfredo — for the price I paid was ridiculous — it was dry, three of the tortellini shells were stuck together and cold, where was the chicken and sauce? «dreadful» to quote Gordon Ramsay. Service — let’s talk about the service today — as I was waiting for my to-go order, the man behind me, who ordered after I did — got his order before because he was. a «regular» — the lady putting together the orders carried on quite a conversation with him — then she just«threw» my order in a bag and«tossed» it on the counter with a barely«thank you and have a good day». I hope next time I can give you a better rating –

Tired of getting black avocado on my grilled cheese sandwich. I gave my input a couple times… picture attached. Tired of the nasty black avocado!

I got the baked potato soup and frontega chicken panini on the you pick two menu. I wasn’t too sure about the baked potato soup, but one of the cashiers was kind enough to get me a sample. I decided to go with it. The one thing I wasn’t too happy with is the other cashier. He forgot to ask me for my panera card so I didn’t get my credit or points or whatever they call it. The atmosphere is the same as any panera, comfy and cozy. Overall it was a good meal with alright service.

I’m from the Metro-Detroit area where the Panera’s are plentiful, but this is by far my favorite location. They bring your food to you, and clean it up for you. The food always tastes fresh and is fresh. My favorite dishes are the macaroni and cheese, the chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl, and the tuna sandwich.

It was a great experience by taking breakfast in the sun glass room and drinking small coffee with two cream !!

It’s nothing more than a fast/casual food stop, but I can’t say anything bad. Always clean, quick service and good food. I’m a bread expert(self appointed) and I love their bread, especially the sourdough :) and my kiddos lovetheir cookies!

Have always liked this Panera. When I lived in Kalamazoo I would come here often for breakfast and brunch. It’s nice to see they have added an additional seating area. My mom and I came in here yesterday to pick up dinner. It was about 4 on a Friday. Line wasn’t too long. We both ordered a cup of soup(broccoli cheese and clam chowder) and a greek salad to share. Even though we ate the soup a few hours after we picked it up it was delicious warmed up. The bread was also crusty and very good. The salad was really big. My mom and I both had an ample amount Friday, but there was more than enough leftovers. The dressing was good. I wish the cashier had asked if I wanted a full salad or a side salad. I really wanted a side… Like other Panera’s, they have good salads, sandwiches, soups, bagels, cream cheese, and breads and breakfast pastries and is a great stop while shopping at all the stores on West Main.

This is your typical Panera. I would like to recommend the Thai chopped salad. Plenty of parking, friendly employees, clean. Not much to say other than that unless you’ve never been to another Panera, since it is a chain restaurant!

This Panera is not as efficient as the others in the area. The last time I was there the girl at the counter was listening to a conversation with other employees and I had to wait for her to finish before she would take my order. I actually had to interrupt her… then she got my drink order wrong. As I was waiting for my drink, I watched her do the same thing to the next person in line. The manager walked thru 3 times and didnt’ say a word to her or the other employees. With unemployment the way it is, I would think they could get better help. The food is good, like all Paneras but the service is not. I would much rather go to Gull Road Panera!

Since this is a chain restaurant, there’s no too much original I can say about Panera. This place is always, always cram-packed. Even during«off» times(i.e., 3pm), it is not unusual for all tables to be filled. Sometimes they run out of stuff, like mac and cheese. God, that stuff is good. Also the cornbread steak chili. Yum yum. Their seasonal items are just the best. Can I just say I love the new«My Panera» card? That thing makes going to Panera that much more fun. I always wonder what my next little«reward» will be. So far I have gotten a free espresso/juice drink, $ 1 off any beverage, and a free pastry. None of them have been anything I wouldn’t use. As for this particular location, the service is great, especially for the crush of people they are constantly trying to keep up with. The employees seem to be mainly local college students. I’ve never had a problem with them, and they are usually pretty friendly and quick. A lot of people take advantage of the tasty snacks, coffee, and free wi-fi to do some work. Personally, it gets too crowded and noisy in there for me to be able to work well there, so I usually just eat and go. Space can also be a big issue here. I guess one of the biggest complaints I hear about Panera is the price, particularly from thrifty Michigan residents. Yes, the prices are a bit high for this area. Just keep in mind that the food is typically quite tasty, uses many organic ingredients, and fresh baked bread is available every day. So yes, that means you pay a bit more. I think it’s fair.
