Rough outing while going through their drive thru. We had to repeat ourselves a few times in order for them to comprehend what we wanted. After waiting in the drive thru line for a decently long time, we got our food. One of the drinks were wrong and my sausage mcmuffin was wrong. I didn’t want egg on it and I had said that in the order and it showed up on the receipt in that manner as well. I’m usually skeptical on using a drive thru because I can’t really inspect my food or if I do and I find something wrong, it’s a hassle to get it fixed. Locations like this are why I do not use a drive thru.

Truly incompetent staff. Getting everyone’s orders wrong. Were rude to me when trying to order a sirloin without the bun just wrapped in lettuce. Manager refused. I have to be gluten free and had read online that other McDs do this or I would not have asked.

I can’t believe there aren’t any reviews yet of this location. I know it’s just a McDonald’s but in my opinion it’s the best in town. No matter how long the drive through line is it always moves quickly. Always. And they have never messed up an order of mine. Which is huge since nothing is more annoying than using the drive through for convenience then finding out the order is wrong and having to park and go in. The worst. Anyway, inside is always clean and lines move quick. Employees are always friendly, even the ones working the drive through in the middle of winter. Don’t let the long line at the drive through scare you away!
