Lowe’s Home Improvement

Due to the large variety of things one can buy at a place like this it is an obvious choice when doing home improvements or replacing that old microwave. The prices are about he same most of the time as other places nearby but the reason a place gets stars taken away is usually customer service… No all of the time! I suppose that most of the staff here are either college kids or older folks that have a retirement income. of some fashion and they are supplementing. I have found that the older staff are usually friendly and willing to help but the younger staff are here between classes and avoiding homework and are not really willing to take the time with you and even of they do… they don’t know much about the products you are inquiring about. It’s hard to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars here unless you have done your homework before you arrived; then you’re good.

I have gone into this Lowe’s 3 times now. Everytime I have gone I have walked out with an unappreciative attitude. The employees are what have made this experience a bad one. They are rude, condescending, and just flat out not helpful. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to shop at a different Lowe’s that is way nicer and more helpful than this Main St Lowe’s.
