This hotel is kind of sucky. It was dark and dingy and old. The room was nothing special, no fridge in room. The fitness center was terrible. They had one treadmill that was on a permanent incline. They also had one recumbent bike(who uses those?) and one multi function work out machine. It was the bare minimum and you can tell they don’t give a crap. I can pretty much guarantee I will never stay here again. That being said the one staff member I saw the entire time was nice.

I originally was supposed to stay at the Econo Lodge down the road but upon seeing the room I thought death would be better. I had a wedding to get to in Mendon so I just went with what I know and picked this place. A little pricey($ 130) but basically worth it. Jennifer checked me in and gave me the AAA discount as a courtesy. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast had great options. The bed was amazing! My friend and I slept so good in the King bed. Loved the staff! I’d recommend this place to anyone. Only four stars because of the high price.

The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating! However, we were on the third floor surrounded by a group of rooms full of teenage female soccer players. They were very noisy and disrespectful of others in the hotel. If they have groups staying here they should group them away from people that want quiet and SLEEP! So a good experience minus the soccer game!

I generally enjoy staying at Holiday Inn and it has become our go-to place whenever traveling. This specific room was just ok. We stayed here because it was close to what we needed to get done. I’m not sure how it compares to other places in the area but can tell you that it is close to a few restaurants and bars, not to mention the highway. If your just looking for a place to hold you over or break up the drive, this will suit you just fine.

Not unless you want a room fulll of bugs. Gross. I noticed a bunch of bugs in my room when I went to turn in, around midnight. I called the front desk and was asked«are they big bugs that look like ants with wings??» YES, apparently they have an «infestation in the pool area and your room is right above the pool.» I told the fella that the bugs are obviously starting to migrate north to the rooms above. Too bad for me, there weren’t any other rooms available. Needless to say, I had to get dressed and pack up and at 12:30 at night, change hotels. The attitude of this place was the worst part of all, duh, damn straight I’m not paying for that room OR the room they put me up in, not for this inconvenience! Then they mentioned giving me 5000 bonus points, as if I should be forever grateful. Nice, so what equates to a half-night stay. TYVM, but FU. For starters, they KNEW about this problem and the midnight raid on my room could have been prevented. I call bullshit on this place and will never stay in another HIEX, or any other brand belonging to IHC, the Intercontinental Hotel Group. In fact, I’ll be donating ALL my points, the 5000 from this debacle and the other points I’ve racked up over the years…

Not like any other Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed it. Room is clean but the whole place was just a dump. I never once saw the front desk person, and I stayed 2 nights at this place. Not worth the $ 120 a night charge, it is more worth $ 89 per night.
