It is true that Neill comes off as surprisingly quick on the phone, but he didn’t waste time and got the info he needed to replace my A/C. Unlike most companies, he was willing to work with me to coordinate with my work schedule. He’s a no-nonsense guy. Marco and the guys who replaced my A/C were very good at communicating with me especially when they had some unexpected delays. When they arrived, they were efficient and did a great job. They’ve been doing wall/window A/C units and split units for a long time and know what they are doing.

You’re not lying Yondi. Even though I saw the 1 star and your review I still gave this company a shot because they’re close to Kailua and brag about servicing 3,400 people in the area. ZERO customer service! I also got cut off without being able to ask additional questions, WTF?! If you read this trust me and call someone from Honolulu.

Wish I could rate NEGATIVE for customer service!!! I AMCOMPLETELYAPPALLED! I purchased an AC unit for $ 1300 in Aug and called in Nov to request service. My unit cuts in and I have concerns w/its efficiency to cool a small apartment bedroom. Neil YELLED at me, seriously he SCREAMED at me for calling. He first yelled at me because I couldn’t read the model number from the tech’s handwritten numbers/letters. I informed him I was not an HVAC specialist and request he tone down his inquires as I’m only reading from my very expensive invoice. My television was on and echoed during the call — as soon as he made me aware, I muted it; HOWEVER, this was not enough for him. For him, the only apparent solution was to continue LAMENTING me, even after I ask he stop or tell me what I’d done to put him in such a hostile stance. My inquires only lead to additional scolding and him hastily hanging up Again, completely appalled and in disbelief I was just SCREAMED at by this company’s «voice» to the public! Fron Unilocal to Google the only reviews are how unprofessioanl and rude the guy who answers the phone is — WOW! I’ve spent the last 26 yrs in Huamn Resources and this man has ABSOLUTELYZERO customer service skills, manners or a concept of human decency towards others! APPALLED and in DISBELIEF!

The guy who answered the phone was a complete jerk. My fiancé called first and before he could even finish his sentence the guy said«let me just stop you right there, we are booked 8-weeks out». So my fiancé just says, «8-weeks, okay thanks» Fine, great, but we live in an apartment building that we knew the company was coming out to the next day, so we know they know which window A/C unit our building has, and we were TOLD by the management of our building to call the guys to see if they could stop by our unit while they are here already. So I decided to give it a go, and be real nice and patient, to kill him with kindness so to say, and at least get more information. When he answered the phone, I said«hi, I live in „x“ building and you guys are coming out here tomorrow» he then snaps back, «we’re fully booked for 8 weeks and I don’t have any time tomorrow to add anyone on to the list, YOU guys should have called weeks ago, we’re fully booked up!» I responded by saying, «you know, you’re really rude. You don’t even know if I’m one of the units you are already servicing tomorrow.»(I’m not, but really, he didn’t give us any chance) Thanks guy. I didn’t even get a chance to ask you about the unit in my apartment, and if it would be cheaper to fix or replace, since it seems to be from the 70’s. Bottom line, we will NOT be using this company for A/C repair, ever.
