My husband & I had some difficulties during the holidays and I wanted to make a new commitment to our marriage. I’m a virgin with tattoos and never thought I would get one. When I walked into Lost Coast Tattoo, Josh was quiet but very helpful. He listened to what I wanted and started drawing right away with my ideas and nailed it. I had the tattoo put in a more private area of my body, but Josh was very professional and set me at ease with his calming personality. I love it and got exactly what I was looking for. My husband thinks it’s pretty sexy too. The place was very clean and organized and I felt very comfortable there. Thank you Josh for making my first experience a pleasant one. Stacy

On a girls trip to Kona, my friends and I decided on matching tattoos. We looked at TC Tattoos first, but decided on Lost Coast because of their great reviews! Rob and Josh were professional and friendly, and the shop was very clean. (Although Ruby really stole our hearts;) We were in and out in no time, and they both did an awesome job! We are already planning our tattoos for next years Kona vacation!

On our last day of our Hawaiian Christmas vacation we decided to get tattoos. By far one of the cleanest shops I’ve been in, super friendly and attentive artists! Robert did mine (left) and my mothers (right) tattoos. Absolutely love them both! I highly recommend Lost Coast tattoo!

We knew when we hit town we were going to get a tattoo, Rob & Josh did awesome. Made an appointment for the day before we flew back home and talked it out all week with them to hone in on what we wanted. Couldn’t be happier. My best tattoo yet. These guys have a great vibe, cool shop and great price with excellent work and experience. Thanks fellas, hope to get some more work done on my next trip.

Went on a Birthday vacation for my Mom with my Aunt and my Cousin and three of us decided to get tattoos.
We kind of just stumbled into Lost Coast and Joshua and Robert were there and very eager to help. The shop was clean and the portfolios look really good so we all decided to go for it. The process was quick and painless and we were done in no time.
Later in our trip we went to a Luau and met some other people who had just gotten tattoos at a different shop. They were very impressed with the quality of ours and requested the card for Lost Coast. They also were not happy with one of the girls in their party who had recommended whatever shop they had went to.
So thanks Joshua and Robert for helping us have the best tattoos at the luau!

I wanted to get a tattoo to start my sleeve, Josh was recommended to me and I have seen his work on my friend. He and the owner Rob are super chill and friendly. My tattoo was done in one sitting or within the day, Josh was in the zone and his work is amazing. He also recommended a good sized gauge for a piercing I haven’t put jewelry in over 10 years. He’s knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ll go back to him for other pieces on my sleeve and for another piercing very soon! I highly recommend these guys!

I have multiple pieces from Josh and a piece from Rob. I love all my work, everything healed perfect, clean, straight lines and the color is still popping even a year (s) later. These 2 are well rounded artists, versed in multiple styles and able to draw amazing, custom work in the blink of an eye. Super clean shop, friendly dudes who are in it for the art, not just the money. Their portfolios speak for themselves and I know that they won’t disappoint. I am heavily tattooed and been in the industry for years. Lost Coast is the Kona go-​to for kick-​ass custom ink and a wonderful experience. Tell your friends!!! I’ll be back for more! Oh and cover ups? Josh is THE MAN!!!

My husband Brad and I went on our honeymoon to Kona from California and getting to the island the day after our honeymoon we knew we wanted to get a tattoo while on our honeymoon. I’m heavily tattooed myself and my husband has two. I knew what I was looking for in a shop, and in an artist and I found it at LOST TATTOO. We stumbled upon the shop by chance. Meeting the owner Rob was awesome! Such a nice chill attitude. One of the worst things a tattoo shop can do is to put out the rude too cool attitude, you won’t find that at LOST TATTOO. Josh was our artist. JOSH was attentive to our wants and needs. He scratched something out right in the spot just so we could have an idea. The prices are very reasonable! The shop is clean! And JOSH and ROB are the best in KONA !! Highly recommend them to anyone !
