I visit Kona a few times a year and Kona Surf n Sandals is always one of my first stops, besides KBC! They have the BEST and BIGGEST selection of Reef and Sanuk flip flops/​slippers and shoes as well as DAKINE bags and suitcases (among other sandals, hats, and clothing)! All the items I’ve purchased there are of top quality and DAKINE has a killer lifetime warranty! I was just there this week and the day before I was to leave to head home, staff was unpacking new FiftyFifty Double walled stainless steel water bottles in awesome colors. I bought one and it kept my drink cold all day! My husband and I always enjoy shopping here as the staff is super friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for our footwear, purse, backpack, etc, etc, needs! Kona Surf n Sandals are «da BEST»!

This is hands down the best spot in Kona for high quality sandals, hats, backpacks, luggage etc. Great selection of Dakine bags and such and huge sandal selection. Fabulous customer service! The two times I was in the two different people working were super friendly and helpful. Stop in and take a look, bet you’ll find some goodies!

Loved this place! The woman who helped us was extremely nice and friendly. They have an enormous selection of Reefs and Dakine. I fell in love with a pair of Reefs that felt like shoes! If you ate in town and need a pair of slippers stop on by here.

Huge selection of sandals! Normal prices, there are really expensive ones and better priced ones. Cute selection of hats and bags. My hubby got a super comfy pair of reef sandals and I got a cute Dakine bag. The lady that works there is really nice and very helpful. A great place if you need a good pair of sandals.

I wandered into the store, not for sandals but for a hat. I got to the island and decided I needed to keep the sun off my face, and nothing suited me. I was able to find a cute ball cap here with island flowers on it. Ok, so if it’s not your schtick, they have lots of hats that go with all their sandals.

Great selection of sandals. I haven’t bought a pair of sandals in years and really needed a pair so I came in on my recent trip to Kona. Woman working there was very friendly and I got a nice pair of Reef sandals for about 60 bucks, even has a little bottle opener on the sole, for those times when you need a beer and don’t have a bottle opener on ya’. Worth stopping buy to check out their selection. Bound to have a style you like, and yeah, the prices are probably a little on the high side, but not unreasonable.
Don’t steal anything there, cause there were pictures of all these stupid idiots who tried to steal sandals, etc. all over the place. Funny. Not really. Well, sort of.

This store specializes in Reef sandals. If you want a pair of comfy flip flops that will hold up for years, they have about a trillion pairs in all sizes and colors; my mom, who loves Reef, said she’s never seen a bigger selection in one place. Also some clothes, and Heelys (oooh I hate those), and some new Heely upgrade package that I doubt you could find in an average shoe store. The woman working there was very friendly.
