Dr. McElroy, is very knowledgeable and takes time to educate her patient. She’ s big on preventative services and has state of the art equipment. She is very efficient. Her cosmetic department is also the bomb! Debra Crumby, aesthetician has experience across the board and is a pleasure to have treatments with. Highly recommended.

I was extremely impressed by Dr. Joy McElroy and her office. They were very friendly, efficient and I had a very short wait time! Dr. McElroy was wonderful! She explained what my problem was and went in to detail about what caused it and how to cure it! She gave explicit directions, to make sure I understood the instructions! She was extremely friendly and did not rush me thru! I would certainly recommend her and intend to use her regularly!!!

I experienced a wonderful dermatology visit from Dr. McElroy and her nurse practitioner Shelley Norman today! I was able to get in quickly, wonderful front office staff as well. The doctor and the nurse practitioner were friendly, helpful, and made a great diagnosis for me. Unlike the other dermatologist in Kona, you can get a reasonably quick appointment and their charges are reasonable too. Absolutely recommend!!!
