We also thank you for being patient with us. we are a grass roots company and try our best to have what you need including rice papers. We realize that we need to get better as a shop everyday. For a paper snob, Elements or other pure rice paper is the only way to smoke anything if you are going to roll it. Regular paper, zig zags, etc, even hemp paper is still wood based and you can taste the paper smoke. Rice paper is smokeless. If you are a specialty smoke shop, you can be expected to have specialty things. I could have understood your blasé attitude at being out of all Elements if you had had another brand replacing the full line your were out of. However, your flippancy and then finally the inability to use the American Express card will have me think twice about returning.

Killer selection on glass and RYO tobacco. One stop shop for me! Braddah Aaron was a big help. They were even playing live reggae music in the shop.

I can’t review their products because I couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledge me when I walked in the door… no eye contact, no hello, no «how can I help you?. I don’t know how this shop hopes to survive with this kind of customer service.
