I would NEVER recommend anyone work for this company. The red flag was when I realized they hire, fire and lay people off like it’s nothing. Michelle Benton is the head Accounting person and she is BFF’s with the VP Ilyn Kleinsasser (aka Mike Hunter’s wife) and basically Michelle is allowed to berate and belittle you as she pleases, verbally and in writing and when brought to my supervisors attention, it’s the Blame Game. Probably because Michelle is yelled at and bullied by Mike Hunter aka Kleinsasser and act’s like a beaten woman but that gives her no excuse to treat others the way she has. She may be OK with being abused but I am not.
Don’t be fooled and relocate your family to work for this company, they are greedy and DO NOT care about their employees. They like to put on a show as if they care but it’s all phony. Don’t think that nepotism isn’t going on because it is with the two sons that work for the company.
There is ZERO positive employee morale. NONE. The big joke is… who will be gone this week? I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through, no one deserves that.
It’s really sad that a so called company like this has SO many blatant typo’s on their website and they are supposed to be handling technology?
