Failed attempt to get new tires at this location! We brought in our wheels for new tires to be mounted and balanced. The counter help was very helpful in finding the replacement tire that we were looking for. The frustration we have with this business is that when we consulted with Clint (the most senior of their staff) to verify that they could mount the tires on our mag wheels he didn’t want to balance them and we were referred to IMM down the street for the balancing portion. We did further investigation and ended up going to Goodyear in Kihei. When I compared the two quotes the store in Kahului included an additional $ 260.36 of add-​onsfor the same tires! The balancing at another location was going to be another $ 100.00!
Bottom line I would not use this business as they showed little interest servicing our needs and the drive to Kehei saved us headaches and money!

Do not! I repeat do not bring your car here!!! I brought in my truck on 12/​10/​2015 to have brakes changed on new 2014 Toyota Tacoma with only 37,000 miles. Toyota couldn’t get me in right away so I went here… I received a phone call telling me they needed to replace brakes and rotors and we’re looking at the calipers. I was never told what my rotors were at and they most certainly should not have been even thinking there was anything wrong with the calipers. I told them not to touch my truck. When I got there the woman told me the mechanic had only recommended resurfacing rotors but I was given a printout with a quote for two new rotors! I explained how dishonest and unprofessional this was. They changed oil rotated and balanced tires too… However, when driving up the hill my wheel started shaking! They didn’t balance right! They also never put on a decal indicating the next oil change. I just got my truck back from Toyota 12÷16÷15 and they did brakes and resurfaced rotors and now I have proof that Goodyear lied! I’m at Costco now having them balance my tires correctly and when I get proof they didn’t do this correctly I’m going to everyplace I can to expose these thieves. Do not go here and get ripped off. I have proof to show anyone this if they would like!
