I have a 2000 Ford Ranger XLT model all I needed was the sliding back window hatch he told me to put a piece of wood and tape there if I wanted things done half fast I would’ve never even went there I would’ve just done it myself right commonsense but I guess they don’t have that or maybe they’re just too lazy to even do their jobs I suggest you not going here because if you do there just probably going to tell you some kind of bullshit and have you do it yourself… Complete waste of time.

Their communications are poor. I can’t remember talking to somebody so rude and argumentative in a long time. I must say it really ruined my day and not to mention I was blamed for their error in scheduling. So I paid the 55 dollar fee for them to be ½ a day late. No Aloha spirit. The actual installer was nice and he did a good job. I am sure their corporate office would be shocked to know how rude the office was to me. It was nothing like the commercials on TV.

These people were great. I spoke with Lisa on the phone and told her about the vandalism to the rear view mirror of our rental car. She told me to drive right over. Once there, she had me in and out in 15 minutes. Couldn’t be nicer — and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Lisa and staff!

Last week Monday I woke up to find that someone smashed my car window in an attempt to ruin my day. After making a police report and calling my office to let them know I’d be late, I googled «Kahului Auto Glass» and called the first business name that popped up. It happened to be Ace Auto Glass. I called and spoke to Pia. I explained my current plight and asked for a quote. Pia was amazing. She was friendly and nice and told me that if I brought the car in right away and put a small deposit down on the repair, they would hook me up with a plexi-​glass window as a courtesy until the window needed for my car came in.
Since I was planning to bring my car in anyway, I asked for another quote for my windshield, which had been damaged by a previous (non-​malicious) accident. She told me that if I could spare the car for a few hours, they would not only plexi-​glass my window, but change my windshield as well at a price less than what I had been quoted in the past.
Long story short, in two short days Ace Auto Glass had my car looking like brand new at half the cost I thought I would have to pay. They even vacuumed my carpet at no extra charge. Thanks to Pia, Heather and the rest of the crew at Ace Auto Glass, my day didn’t end up ruined after all.
