Came down from Illinois and Lori redid my color to a gorgeous auburn color that totally rocks! The salon personel are wonderful and very nice and the salon is beautiful. It has plenty of room and is always spotlessly clean, right down to the gorgeous bathroom. This great salon has been here for 30 years with the same management and core staff for 30 years for a reason! I’ve been getting my hair done by Lori since she started Total Image! You won’t be disappointed in any service you have done at this salon/​spa. It makes Jupiter a destination– first hair, then dinner at Nick’s Tomato Pie!

I absolutely love this place! It’s exactly the mix I love. Yes, it is a bit dated, but expensive? I don’t agree. I’v been to salons and spas which were much more expensive and didn’t get nearly the same results.
Joan was wonderful and helped me out tremendously when another salon ruined my hair right before a big event. Also, I was going to help out a friend who was having surgery and she wouldn’t be able to do her own hair and Joan showed me (via a pic I brought) how to style it the same way. She didn’t charge me a dime and she took time out of her busy schedule to do that for us! Major ups for that!
