Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Howard hall showed up on time and after asking two questions he proceeded to repair my ac. He was fast with a great sense of humor and it showed he cared. I highly recommend them to every one. Hope Howard comes back to do the service inspection call

Do not use service experts. A tech came to my house and spent 5 minutes looking at my AC and told me that I needed a new $ 700 motor. He charged me $ 99 for the diagnosis and left. I did not feel that he spent enough time to properly diagnose the issue so I got a second opinion. Turns out, I only needed a $ 125 circuit board. The motor was absolutely fine. Service manager would not issue a refund for the misdiagnosed service call. They were trying to fraud me into paying 5x what I needed to pay, misdiagnosed my problem, quoted the wrong part entriely, and refused to issue a refund for the error. I believe fraud was committed on purpose and have contacted the BBB.

Found this company on Unilocal and called them based upon the reviews. My air conditioning stopped working in my home in the Palm Beach FL area. I called and they came out to my home in 2 hours. The tech was professional and figured out what was wrong with the unit quickly… a snake entered the unit and shorted out the wires. He fixed it promptly — took my credit card for payment and within an hour or so we were all set. Very professional from start to finish. Good communication too by the front office staff about arrival times.

I have used Service Experts before with outstanding results. But my Mom was having issues with her a/​c and the company handling the service came out twice without fixing or resolving her issue, in fact the more they came out the worse things got. I gave her Service Experts number and they came out immediately! the technicians were very thorough, fair and friendly. She needs a new a/​c as the unit was installed poorly. This company rocks! they go above and beyond and in 1 day my mom will have a new a/​c with no more worries for her… and me!
