My first time there and was very pleased with service and sanitary conditions, I really like the «shower cap» they put over pedicure tubs! Destiny was very gentle and very nice! Those pedi chairs are amazing! I will definitely come back when in Florida again!

They do a really great job here every time. May be a bit more expensive than other places but definitely worth it I think. I live the zero gravity chairs as well!

Very disappointing! I scheduled an appointment with Nikki and when I arrived on time for my appointment, I was told that she was running behind, did I want someone else to do my pedicure, I said that I would prefer to wait. About 15 minutes went by and I was told that Nikki could not do my pedicure, I would either have to go with someone else or reschedule for another date/​time. I left! What is the sense in making an appointment if it doesn’t mean anything. I don’t appreciate the disrespect for my time.

After several failed attempts, I finally made it over to Palazzo Nails right after work on Friday. This was the best possible way to start my weekend! I was pressed for time, but the girls were super friendly and accommodated my time-​constraint.
I got the basic pedicure, which was much more than pedicures elsewhere!
The chairs were super comfortable and I had to fight to stay awake when they reclined my chair while they did the foot/​leg massage. Felt like heaven on earth! Not to mention, they serve wine and other drinks during your service. I’m not sure how the prices are, as I didn’t drink, but if you spend $ 50 or more, your first glass of wine is free.
Most importantly all tools that they used during my visit came from sealed medical packages. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this happen, and it’s convinced me to never go any where else! No more worrying about when’s the last time they cleaned those clippers or other tools.
Lastly, they are competitively priced. Their pedicures start at $ 30, and the quality of service is comparable, and they have a special going on for 20% all services through 10÷31÷15.

Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I’ve been twice now — both times were amazing. The chairs are THE BEST! Don’t be surprised if you fall asleep. The hot stone pedicure is such a treat.
Super clean and modern and the staff is wonderful.

Highly recommended. The zero gravity spa chairs are awsome. The staff is very professional and friendly.
