Laser & Wellness Center

Closed in 2013… yet I have to give it a star. Like many of the other facilities listed here it is out of business. This review has to be at least a few sentences or it will not post. So the question is how to review a business that no longer exists. But perhaps this will post and save you a call.

I received the same email today. To those who did NOT read the email correctly– it simply INVITED customers to share their experiences here on Unilocal. Like many other companies these practices are common in doing so to promote their services (simply a coupon). Plain and simple. I would highly recommend Laser & Wellness Center to all of my friends.
You can’t always please each and EVERY customer.

Been seeing Teresa for my laser hair removal needs and I love her! Everyone is very sweet and caring here and I couldn’t be happier with my results! The atmosphere is very calming and everything is super clean! I highly recommend them!!!

I just bought a groupon AND a maintenance package for other areas that I had laser treatments done to in the past. I DID NOT see any results. They gave me this whole «excuse script» that they probably give every patient when they don’t see results so I suckered in to buying another maintenance package. Once again I did not see any results. I’ve spent over $ 400 with the groupon and maintenance packages that I couldn’t help but to feel upset and give them a call. I expressed to Taresa about the hair growth and she was unwilling to work with me and felt absolutely fine with losing me as a client.
I later talked with my friend who works on lasers and he told me that they try to get you in with a Groupon and you’ll see about 10−20% difference in hair growth so they keep you coming in with these maintenance packages. You’ll end up paying the same price if you paid for the full treatment elsewhere plus some! I have had the full process done without a groupon before and you should be seeing a 80−100% difference. This center is clearly not using the laser to the full capacity!
Just beware! I would not go here! This has been such an upsetting experience.

Ouch! The laser they use here is pretty painful, especially the first time. You’ll definitely want to have a drink or some pain meds before you go. The facility is very clean and well decorated. I got a great deal with a groupon, so that always makes for a happy customer.

It’s such a joy not to shave my legs! The facilty is beautiful and staff is wonderful!!! It’s like a boutique spa versus the national chains that herd you in like cattle and pressure you spend more. The prices are competetive and the experience is first class. Go on Saturday and get your free champagne and strawberries!
