Kula Yoga Shala

I fell in love with this yoga shala off the bat!
They are a donation based studio, which is awesome because it brings yoga to the community in a way that doesn’t inhibit people from attending due to cost. The shala itself is a beautiful and inviting space, unassuming from the outside but the moment you step inside, you are enveloped in a place that is clearly filled with a community of people that care about the wellbeing and healing of others.
So far I have taken Yin Yang Fusion with Chris, which was an amazing class that reminded me of what I really love about yoga; it has a subtle power to connect you with your deeper truth and remind you that the Universe loves and supports you. I have also taken a Restorative with Lisa and it was one of the best restorative classes I have taken over the last few years.
Yes, this studio is a bit of a trek for me and for most of us, but it is TOTALLY worth the drive. Make a day trip out of it! Honestly, this place had me considering moving up to Jupiter just to be nearby!!!

Amazing yoga studio. Has multiple classes shown online that are flexible with time. Great classes for beginners. The instructors are great and very helpful. There is no judgement for those who are less experienced with difficult yoga poses. No paid membership required, all by donation.

Wonderful experience. Great energy. This yoga studio has excellent instructors that are welcoming and knowledgable.
Many classes each week to choose from at all levels. To anyone looking to practice yoga I would highly recommend this studio. Fees are donation based which shows that this studio cares about others.

From yoga on the beach to the idyllic enclave of a studio space on Tony Penna the classes and teachers have been knowledgeable and thoughtful. The classes have been both challenging while also remaining rooted in the practice of mindfulness. Many classes available from beginner through experienced. Donation-​based model allows you to pay what you can making the practice accessible to anyone who wants it. Kudos on that.

This place is something else! It’s so beautiful and has such a great ‘vibe’ that I find myself absolutely drawn into wanting to come back here as much as I can.
Kuna Yoga is absolutely beautiful inside and around the area where they have set up this little fortress of beautiful energy.
They have created an artistic space, with a garden, that in itself is so tranquil and peaceful that you just want to curl up and read a book.
The café offers teas and yummies that really come in handy after a class.
