Terrible customer service and follow up. I placed an order with this company for Norman wood shutters. The installation was subpar with missing pieces left out that would prevent the blinds from being pushed too far back when closed, and the wrong shutters were ordered for the bathrooms which require them to be impervious to humidity. Of course, one year later they began to rot out in two bathrooms. They have a lifetime warranty so I called for a replacement to find that there was a NEW franchise owner. He came out and measured for the new shutters. I paid for the labor charges without issue because they didn’t do the initial install. I had to follow up over months(nearly a year) to make sure they were ordered. However, when the shutters arrived he had measured wrong and they were too large. He put one in forcing it in place, said he’d reorder them, and come back with both new shutters. That was over 18 months ago. I have tried calling the owner of the franchise at his business and cell, and the manufacturer without any follow up. Now I still have one shutter that’s rotting out and another that’s been stuck in place for 18 months and can’t be opened to clean the window or sill behind it without forcing it and possible breaking it. Norman wood shutters are good quality but only if the installation is properly done, and Norman does not stand behind their warranty or quality check their installers. Do not use Budget Blinds! Apparently anyone can buy this franchise., and they do not stand behind their work. If I could give no stars I would.

They are the absolute worst. The owner could care less about service. We have been waiting for OVER one year to get a simple bracket on automatic shades installed. The owner claims he has it and they never call to schedule an appointment. Exrtremely unreliable.

I ordered 2 blinds on January 22 and was complete on March 21. And really not happy with either. Contacted corporate and even though a nice note was sent they can not do anything with their franchisee. I believe if you work with a national chain they have to step in when a customer is in distress with their vendor. never again.
