Our Client Advisor, Steven Lee, was very attentive to what we wanted and made certain that we were satisfied. We stayed until after 8 pm (2hours after closing) to get all the paperwork completed and the insurance coverage in place. He truly exceeded our expectations.

I just moved here in December. I bought my 3 series new from my dealer in Lincoln NE. Excellent sales, superb service they actually cared about me as a customer and took care of my vehicle as well.
So when I moved here, I sought to establish that same rapport with my local dealer.
I called to introduce myself and provided my vehicle info. I was promised a call back. A month later, no call. Apparently my business is not important. Guess I will look for a business that will care for me and my Beemer!

Had a very positive experience with a recent purchase/​lease of my Beamer. Steve Lee really hustled for my business — very attentive, knowledgeable and eager to please without being annoying.
The check out/​business office part was painless. Also, Jim Lynch, the resident BMW Genius, was very helpful in helping explain all the many details about driving and operating the car.

Went to buy a car on Sunday 12/​13/​2015. I was told it would take a day to detail the car (Put new rims on, new tires, and take out a small ding)
They gave me a rental and then said it will take 1,2,3 days for your car to be ready. It is now Friday 12/​18/​2015 and still no car.
I never heard of a certified pre owned car taking this long to get ready. It is quite frustrating knowing I am paying 5 days of car payments for not having the car that I have purchased. Also, I continue to get my hopes up of getting my car, but keep getting told it will take another day or two.
For a dealership that doesn’t have much traffic day in and day out I would think their main objective is to keep their clients happy and take care of everything as soon as possible.
Very disappointed with my first car purchase thus far.

Went to see a car that we were told was available and no one could find the car. Wasted 45 min. there and never go to see it. No follow up with salespeople. Barely an apology. Sales people seemed to be not much more than rude. Would not return…

The West Palm store is a zoo. If you live in Northern PB County or Martin, buy your car from Eddie Schloer and service it with Tony. Very friendly, professional guys and zero sleazy car sales tactics.
