Junction City Medical Clinic

I’ve been seen at this clinic since the mid 1990s… I’ve never had a long wait, an unpleasant attendant, incorrect records of any kind, and the docs were all kind and patient (pardon the pun.)
It’s sad to see only two reviews and only by people that had bad experiences… but their experiences are not universal.

Miranda S. wasn’t wrong. Too bad nothing has changed in 5 years.

My theory is that the only reason this place is still operating is because they’re the only local practice. I had been a patient here since childhood, and back then it was a decent practice. It’s really gone downhill, unfortunately. The staff is shockingly disorganized. Every one I know who has been a patient in the last few years has had messages lost, test results mislabeled or not forwarded, been referred to the wrong type of specialist, you name it. The wait time has gotten pretty long, too. If you have a question about anything, or need a prescription rewritten, you might as well just make an appointment, because it’ll be a cold day in hell before you get somebody to actually return a phone call. My entire (large) extended family has moved on to practices in Eugene, because the drive into town has become far less hassle (and often requires fewer appointments) than dealing with the folks at the JC Medical Clinic. It’s really a shame.
