We got a really good bid from Jason in July of 2015, but then had difficulty reaching him. To be fair, he did show up once after the estimate and I had not trimmed some hedges due to a miscommunication. However, even prior to that, he said he was not getting my emails. Ok, I could buy that but then he wasn’t getting my phone messages. I called him from a different phone number and lo and behold, he answered. We agreed to text and he responded to a couple, but then didn’t return those either. I think he realized that he bid too low, but seriously, he could have just told me that and apologized. It blows my mind, in the age of social media, that a business owner would treat a customer this way. Totally unprofessional
