Great buying experience, hideous service experience. We purchased a brand new toy hauler. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed, a hole in the floor by the wheel well, exterior light didn’t work, gaps in the silicone, and hvac vents not connected.
We took it in on ¹⁰⁄₁. We were told it would take 2 – 3 days. 2 weeks later still no word. Call them. Very rudely told it’s just a trailer, what do we expect? After much back and forth and finally asking for a manager, the trailer was completed on ¹¹⁄₁₆.
We were told we would be credited some $$ as they had it much longer than we were told. When we picked it up they refused the credit and told us to pay full price or we couldn’t have our keys. Not impressed. Not happy. Never going back.
