I had Derek and Josh from Glowing Hearth & Home Inc. complete my fireplace repair and was VERY HAPPY with their work and FANTASTIC customer service.
While we had some delays along the way while waiting for the parts to arrive from the original manufacturer, the work performed by Derek and Josh was first rate. They were so very careful in their work and did a complete clean up after.
They also do new fire place installs but my repair was to remove and replace cracked back and side panel inserts in our wood-burning fireplace.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on the quality of their work. By the time they were finished, it looked brand new!
