1970 is calling and wants their wooden panneling back. We stopped here between baseball games with some of our team and parents. They seemed understaffed. Ordered a shocktop tap and pickle spears. The price was dirt cheap at $ 2.40 for 4. I also ordered broasted chicken breast which was good. This would have been the bomb Nashville hot style. Others ordered burgers and fries. The bathroom was so small and if I was a biggum I would have kissed the stall door. I don’t think it is up to ADA code. Noticing the patio on the way out they had 6′ wooden lattice, seemed awkward. Kinda divey but food was good.

If you love broasted chicken go to Clancy’s. It is the best. We drive 20 miles to get it. If we are driving through the area we call and get take out. Go!

Decided to try their pizza since we are new to the area. Trusted the previous reviews here on Unilocal and we were not disappointed at all. Their pizza is really good especially for an unassuming place. I would have liked a little spicier sausage in it but the flavor was very good. They also did not put huge amounts of sauce on it like some places and big chains do. We are looking forward to trying more of their food in the future.

Best burgers and pizza in the area. When we want a break from cooking at home… Clancy“s.

Pizza here is really good, and decently priced. Always nice to see a small town restaurant with good food. The appetizers and beers are also very reasonable in price. Service was really great too. I would say the décor/atmosphere could use a little work. It was dead silent in there and could use some music to liven up the place!

Meh, it wasn’t bad for a hole in the wall, local dive bar establishment. You don’t go to a place like Clancy’s expecting much in the way of ambiance and service. It is a no frills place ie dive bar. The pizza and appetizer was hot when delivered so no complaints there. The food is basic fryer food, and the pizza wasn’t anything to rave about. It was just a plain, boring thin crust pizza. You could do better at a Pizza Hut or Dominoes, but it wasn’t terrible. We won’t be back because we don’t live in the area. This is the type of place you don’t make a destination. You go there if you are local because it’s there. The best thing I can say about it is that it wasn’t terrible.

This is a nice place to have a quick bite to eat if you are in the beautiful town of Jordan. I had just finished watching a baseball game at the MiniMet. This place specializes in everything according to the menu and the signs outside the bar and grill. The horseshoe bar in the center provides plenty of seating for those single diners like myself but I chose to sit in a booth as it was a slow time. The place also has a party room type seating area in the back. The service was excellent but there were only a dozen people dining that mid afternoon. The drink order was delivered promptly and since it was a bar, coke and Pepsi products are served. I overheard a couple people order the chicken and saw a few burgers being served but I opted for the pizza. The pizza was served in about 15 minutes and it was HOT! Temperature wise I mean. The ingredients tasted very good and the single«meatball» sized sausage on each piece was perfect. The photos I took captured the appearance perfectly. What truly amazed me was how crisp the crust was. Not a soggy edge to be found. Not much special about the dining area but was clean. The elevated booths were cool but could have used a bigger TV. A good choice for pizza. I rounded up on the stars because the crust was very good!

Chicken was ok. Not expecting anything too fancy and it wasn’t. Burgers would have been a better choice. They were good, service was really good.

The wife and I love to try new small joints in the area. We heard Clancy’s had good reviews and food, so we went there for dinner on a Wednesday. Our pizza was made wrong and when we told the waitress, she acted shocked that we wanted them to make it over. So, after waiting a half hour for the first pizza, we waited 20 minutes for the second one. There was no apology and no one stopped by to refill our drinks. When I went to pay for the meal, there wasn’t any deductions for the mistake, not to mention, the waitress short changed me. I didn’t «expect» a discount, but it could have been offered for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, I’ve worked in the restaurant field. What surprises me was the annoyance that we actually wanted what we ordered. First impressions are big. We won’t be returning to Clancy’s again.

Happy hour deep fried pickle spears for 1.40! Im in. Above average bar food. Pizza is solid. Burgers are good(get the Rory). Dont expect fancy pants food, just order some motz sticks, a burger, and a soda and bring a 10 dollar bill. That will cover it.

We seated ourselves outside on the patio which was fine. Our waitress arrived promptly and took our drink orders. The iced tea was tasteless. We ordered onion rings to share but the different server didn’t bring plates so we passed around the basket. Our original waitress only came back again after we were done with them. The ketchup tasted weird, like vinegar. We ordered the Audrey’s pizza to share and that was very bland and the edges were burnt. Go there only if you have low expectations.

This place is exactly what you would expect from the wood paneling and attached liquor store — a dive. However, it is a dive with cheap beer and tasty thin crust pizza that is worth visiting if you happen to be in the area and hungry. It’s a «come as you are» kind of place with warm waitresses and fast service, where you could linger for hours while getting countless refills on your beer. We don’t make it to Jordan often, or really ever besides this one time, BUT if we do, we would totally come back for the pizza.

A new hole in the wall bar near home. Hooray! What you see is what you get with this place. Deep fried pickles are listed on the appetizer menu. Twice. Probably because they’re damn good. Spear-style, not chip-style, with a crunchy batter and good ranch. Have them, you’ll like them. Thin crust pizza that reminds you of your favorite hole in the wall bar back home. Only complaint? Canned mushrooms on the pizza. Everything else was fresh. We’ll be back!

This place is the best. Best service, food is good, people are nice. It doesn’t pretend to be something more. Stop by… I like the fries, and the pizza. Get a quart of cole slaw to go.

A little hole in the wall bar, great thin crust pizza. They also have excellent broasted chicken. The dining area is pretty small, and this place usually gets pretty packed on the weekends.

it doesn’t get much better than this for small town american food; the restaurant is even still polluted by cigarette smoke! it’s glorious to choke some smoke and cancer down with your meal. fried chicken takes a half hour to make, but while you’re waiting you can have have some fried mozzarella sticks or fried anything else you could dream of. aside from beer and pop served in cans, the main draw here is its delicious thin crust pizza. bonus: on and off sale liquor for sale. that’s my kind of dessert.
