I have purchased from here previously and always been satisfied. My latest purchase however, I was not pleased. I requested for a same day bouquet that was a second tier. When it arrived there were less than 12 flowers in it and it didn’t contain all the flowers as described online. when I called the store to discuss options, the first person I spoke to hung up on me mid sentence. I called back and was told that the owner would return my call. By the time the owner called me, it was too late for me to make arrangements for them to fix the bouquet. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service but importantly the lack of detail. I want to know that the bouquet will be beautiful and is arranged so that the flowers look appealing. The latest bouquet fell short and I can not believe the owner let something so badly arranged leave the shop.

I don’t know anything about prices at The Wild Flower, that’s my first disclaimer. I have never made a purchase there. I am not a flower person at all, I don’t even know the names of most of ‘em…yet the flowers from this place have made me say«WOW!», once when my husband ordered a bouquet for my birthday and another time when I was in a friend’s wedding with flowers done by the Wild Flower. I have never understood people who have a strong preference for one particular florist until the bridesmaids’ bouquets were unwrapped and literally took my breath away! Truly beautiful and unique, this seems to be a first rate florist and I can’t imagine giving it less than a perfect rating based on the sheer beauty of their flowers! Amazing, honestly… especially from someone like me who doesn’t «know» flowers.
