Shake’s Frozen Custard

Just ordered the cookie dough milkshake and it was about 1 tablespoon of ice cream and the rest of the cup was pure cookie dough. While this may sound amazing at first. After a few bites it was nothing but a horrible stomach ache. May go back again one day but I have to let my stomach recover first… and hope it’s more of an even blend next time

Very good quality. Who doesn’t like ice cream (I refuse to call it custard)? Drive thru on both sides speeds things up so you can grab dessert on the go after picking up dinner. It is a little pricey but worth it.
I took off one star just because of the unprofessional teenagers they have running the place.

Love their butter pecan concrete.
Shake’s have some pretty original concrete recipes, but their frozen custard isn’t as smooth and creamy as my favorite frozen custard place.
The plus side of visiting Shake’s is you get more frozen custard for the money, and that there’s never a line to wait for at the window.

Customer service is terrible. My mother wanted a bopper but smaller than the small size. They told her they could give her a one scoop size and it would come out less. They ended up charging her for a regular sundae and 70 cents for each topping. When we found this out after the fact, 5 minutes later, the manager refused to attempt to make the situation correct or even ask the girl who rang us up, who was standing right behind her, if that was indeed what had happened, instead telling us simply there was nothing she could do.
I give this two stars because the custard was delicious, but I will not be coming back to this establishment because of the poor customer service and the way my family was treated. Even an apology would have been enough!

Very good. I know of nothing in this world that compares to a good frozen custard and this is good frozen custard! Keep up the good work. I enjoyed the staff and feel you get what you pay for. I will be back.

Yummy custard. Very obnoxious teen staff. Priced a little high for what you get.
