Unfortunately I just saw Lee O’s review. We have no way to look up this service call without a last name. Refrigerant is sold at 40 $ per pound and the labor charge is $ 80/hour portal to portal. If Mr. O’s system required 2lbs of refrigerant and 1 hour of labor then the charge would have been around 160 $. We do routinely call customers at 7:45 am unless they specifically request to be called in the afternoon. Most of our customers appreciate the fact that our phones are answered by a real person 24 hours per day and by a Satterlee employee from as early as 5am to 5pm. We are sorry that Mr. O had a bad experience with our company. I am even more sorry that it took so long for me to respond. Barrett Satterlee

Just an overall horrible experience. I called Wednesday morning and aside from the«someone will call you soon» phone calls, the service man didn’t call back until Thursday at 7:45am Missouri time(5:45am my time). Who calls customers that early and seriously expects someone to answer? When I finally did speak with him, I explained I was on california time, but his simple ignorant response was«i’m from California too.» Lame answer. He came over Thursday and I explained the issue of our central air continuously running. He then inspected, filled a few liquids and 10 minutes later he was done and presenting us with a $ 168 bill. That equates to nearly $ 350k per year. I want that job!!! Needless to say, the job was not done correctly and the messages I left friday morning were never returned.
