Updated September 2012: I’d gone there for years and never had any problems. I considered it a very fast, easy place to get an exam — which it still is fast and easy, but that’s about it. I used to really like it, but after my last visit I will not be back. They rushed me through in an extreme way and everything just seemed tacky compared to how nice it was a couple of years ago when I was there. Most of the front office personnel were surly and unprofessional. I buy my glasses elsewhere but have heard that America’s is pretty pricey on glasses despite their «mega cheap sales». (previously a 5 star rating)
