First, I am a fan of bed and breakfasts in general. I like the vibe and the chance to meet new people. I am willing to pay a little extra for the experience.
Second, I’ve been to many bed/​breakfasts and this was really top notch. It is outside Jonesborough proper and you will have to drive to the city (or walk a mile). It has great 100% wood architecture and is decorated very rustically. We went to a concert in the evening, came back at like 1030pm, and they had hot chocolate sundaes ready for all. In the morning they had truly an exceptional breakfast that will be very memorable (it was a suefle pancake type thing cooked in a 12″ cast-​iron skillet).
The married couple who runs it are very nice and seem to be enjoying themselves tremendously. Hope they keep at it. Highly recommend
