I reserved the truck online and the process was unduly long with every new page wanting to tack in new charges. When I went to this store to pick up my truck, the lady who assisted me (and I use the word assisted loosely here) was brusque and seemed annoyed at my business. She then revealed even more hidden fees. With extra charges for additional miles (Penske has unlimited miles) I am only allowed the miles from their store to the drop off point and zero consideration for distance to load or unload the truck (apparently I should have brought my household goods with me to the store). When I received the truck, the discrepancy between the gas that was in the truck vice what the ‘lady’ claimed was there led to another disagreement. Needless to say you get what you pay for and I will choose another company with upfront pricing and great customer service.
