I LOVED my experience here! I was having a really bad day and on top of that, I got a burnt/​dried out caramel apple pie from a different Taco Bell location. I couldn’t drive all the way back to that Taco Bell so I returned the pie to this particular Taco Bell location. I was greeted with a big smile by the short light skinned lady at the front counter. I told her what happened and she offered to cook me TWO fresh pies! It only took 5 minutes and while I was waiting she offered me a drink as well. She changed the outcome of my day. Then I found she was the GENERAL MANAGER. Her name is C.C. SMITH (I think…). She’s awesome and I’m glad she’s working in customer service.
