I had the grilled salmon. I had broccoli and mashed potatoes as the sides. The broccoli was perfectly cooked. The service, like most places in Jonesboro, was so-so. The waiter was friendly though. This place has a full bar. No upstairs. This lunch hit the spot today. The meal was reasonably priced.

Holy Christ if there was less than a 1 star I would give it. This place yall! Unbelievable. First off just me and a buddy walk in for dinner and just sit at the bar. Right off the bat the bartender hates our faces immediately no idea why. He waits 10 minutes to even come over to talk to us and the place is a third full. I mean nobody is really here. He finally walks over in his revelation rock shirt and smug face and asks what we will have. We ask for two beers, he gets them and leaves immediately. No menus nothing. There is a band there. 3 guys. Very talented great sounding guys. They are playing music and I shit you not the bar is playing awful punk rock music OVER them! It was ridiculous. The band looked annoyed, but were too polite to say shit. We still havent gotten a menu by this time and our beers have been empty for 5 minutes. Finally we order queso and the guy walks over to other patrons again. The queso never comes. We hail the manager after 31 minutes and ask why there was this guy standing by the bar and not doing anything. Turns out its a bum. Hes just chillin by the bar not sayin anything or ordering anything. We order food and it takes 20 more minutes to get there oh and here comes the cold solidified queso we ordered last week. Fuck this place. Its atrocious from top to bottom. Never go here. It will close in a matter of months anyway as it was the worst bar ive ever been to and I have seen some real toilets.

I have eaten a burger here twice and in both cases it was dry and over cooked. The wait staff acts like they are doing me a favor showing up. The owner is never there. This place may make it on booze sales, but the food is over priced and poor quality.

First time trying Sully’s. Ordered a meatball sub and an order of fries to go, for lunch. After seeing the appetizing picture on-line of the sub I was a bit disappointed — it was only a little more than half as big as what’s shown, only 2 meatballs and not 4, and with very little sauce but enough mozarella. But at least the meatballs were good, and good sized, not small. The fries were quite good, but for the quantity given a bit expensive. And no ketchup packets, no salt, no pepper — I guess I should have asked, or better, they should have asked me! Bottom line: The taste and quality was quite good overall, but when a meatball sub and fries comes to just short of $ 11 for lunch(with $ 0.85 tax) I expect more quantity to go along with the quality.

Expect 45 minutes to an hour for a deep dish pizza and they do tell you that on the menu. Don’t go hungry and spend time drinking beer, the pizza is worth the wait.

Headed to «Coaches» to now find Sully’s.(So, what possessive personal pronoun will we run into in 6 months?! Compliments of downtown Jonesboro, AR, where restaurant dreams come to die!) I am truly hoping Sully’s will be a success. I am a Chicagoan; a proud, boisterous and demanding bunch when it comes to food(it’s not called the«Windy City» because of the weather). Sully’s owner is apparently a Chicago ex-pat. The menu proudly proclaims thin pizza, Italian beef, Italian sausage, even the tourist trap deep-dish pizza everyone associates with the Second City. I had an Italian Beef«dipped»(or «juicy» as we called it on the north side). They make it from scratch and gotta tell you, this scratch ain’t bad. The beef was tender and flavorful, full of pepper and correctly accented by giardiniera. It arrived so juicy it could not be eaten by hand, resorted to just a fork to get the job done. There are a couple places in Memphis that claim to serve Italian Beef, if you are reading this in Memphis, please drive to Jonesboro. This is legit. Service was friendly and appropriately attentive. During lunch someone arrived to set up for karaōke night and was compelled to say«TEST» into the mic 100 times more than necessary, otherwise it was a flawless visit. Sully’s, thank you for bringing a bit of home to Jonesboro! Keep up the good work and please keep it real!

As a note, I would give Sully’s 2.5 stars since I have had some high’s and low’s with the place since it opened. In summary, if you’re looking for a unique Jonesboro pizza experience that resembles Chicago deep dish ask to pick up a to-go order from Sully’s. Good pizza, not-so-good restaurant experience. Friend of mine picked up a couple deep dish pizzas from Sully’s not too long after it opened. I lived part of my life in Chicago so I was well-acquainted with Gino’s East, Giordano’s, Lou Malnati’s, etc. and this wasn’t too bad. Good filling pizza and the pepperoni stretching into the crust was a nice touch. While the crust is nice and thick, I would prefer that it would remain a little closer to the edge of the pizza if you look at it from the top like at Gino’s East. I also didn’t care for the garlic seasoning on the crust but I know others like it so that’s just a personal preference. My main beef is with the in-house dining experience. I have eaten there twice and on both occasions I left feeling like I was about to lose my voice because I found myself trying to talk over the loud music. This seems to be a recurring theme whether it’s karaōke night, live music, or just the evening background music … it is way too loud. In my most recent trip, I left with my ears ringing because of the volume of the vocalists plus several instances of feedback screeching over the entire restaurant. I’m sure if the volume was turned down, I would’ve stuck around to buy drinks but we changed our minds and asked for our pizza to-go instead of dining in the restaurant. Is it possible for the live music to begin later in the evening after the usual dining hours? Another reason for the headache was the fact that I was in such a loud environment for a long period of time. It took over an hour and a half before we got our food. Be forewarned that it does take around 40 – 45 minutes to get your pizza if you order deep-dish as it states in the menu. However, over 90+ minutes?! The owner was gracious enough to give us a gift certificate because he mentioned there were issues with the oven. I would advise the restaurant staff to give us the bad news upfront since we were told over and over again that«our pizza is the next one coming» and«it should be out in a few minutes.» I strongly prefer hearing, «Sorry our oven just went down and we have yet to put your pizza in the oven. This could be another half hour.» Instead, we end up being committed to the restaurant anticipating that we would get our pizza any minute for over an hour. As a result, we wasted a lot of our Saturday evening. Because of how unique the pizza is, try Sully’s as it does make a pretty good pizza. I would suggest that unless the dining experience changes, stick to calling in and picking up the pizza yourself so you know when to expect it.

Deep dish pizza was great! Draft beer was $ 1.50 and you could get any kind you wanted as long as you wanted Bud Light. Hopefully they will expand the draft beer selection. This was a Thursday night and they were probably 90% full, a little crowded but not bad. Really the only bad thing was they had live music. The music itself wasn’t bad it’s just that it was too loud for a small place… and I really, really hate having to scream or use sign language because a hipster is singing«Hey Jude.» One last thing: It says the wait for deep dish is about 40 minutes… it’s worth it.

I went to this new Sully’s restaurant in downtown Jonesboro and was greeted and seated by the manager. The manager was very polite and helpful. My wife and I looked over the menus and decided on a sandwich that was appealing. We placed our order for the sandwich which we enjoyed very much and plan on having it again. But the service was horrible, I have never seen a more clueless waiter than the young man that helped us. This young man had no business working in this capacity. I watched other customers and saw the discuss on their faces with the other employees as well. This place has some great food but their employees will cost the employer many customers. I hope the manager hires someone to train his servers SOON.

Taste of Chicago in Arkansas… Very tasty and service was exceptional. They are new and I expect them to settle in well with the community as time passes. I’ll definitely be returning. Only con is that there is very few seats available.
